It is a way to monitor the social perception of citizens towards them as a responsible institution, and Smou International Trading Company’s strategy is to develop and implement CSR as a means to align the dynamic requirements of business with a multitude of opportunities to participate in social environmental events. SOMU International Trade’s continued commitment to society is a pledge of ethical performance and contribution to economic development.
And we have chosen the strategy of focusing on customers and making them the main focus as a base for the social responsibility of Somu International.

- Somu International Training Center sponsors a volunteer forum, which was held at the Scitech Center under the patronage of His Royal Highness, Prince of the Eastern Province, Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. The center provided a course for volunteers in the name of the basics of occupational safety.
- SOMU International Company proudly and enthusiastically participated in the 2023 Job Fair organized by the Eastern Chamber, held on 23-26 Oct 2023 in AL Khobar. This participation represented a significant opportunity for SOMU International to showcase its capabilities and available job opportunities to ambitious young talents in the region.
We are pleased to showcase our participation in the ATD Expo 2024 as a Gold Member! During this event, we shared our insights on the latest training skills and motivational techniques that contribute to enhancing the development of individuals and teams.
At the exhibition, we highlighted the advanced training skills we offer, covering the latest market demands while focusing on meeting industry needs. We also demonstrated how we’ve enhanced and developed training using modern methods in collaboration with Arthur Carmazzi, offering inspiring educational experiences that stimulate thinking and foster creativity.
Additionally, we had the privilege of presenting a session titled “Leading Digital Transformation: Using Artificial Intelligence and Digital Games to Achieve Organizational Success,” delivered by our official speaker at ATD, Arthur Carmazzi. This session provided valuable insights into how artificial intelligence and digital games can be applied to improve organizational performance and achieve success in modern work environments.
